Strategic Business Role

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of payment systems, network partnerships, and the ability to identify and mitigate emerging risks with a client-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop the strategic direction and roadmap for SCPAY, aligning with business strategy, IT operations strategy, and investment priorities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and innovative products/solutions to deliver effective and efficient product capabilities.
  • Support cash management operations by leveraging technology to streamline processes, enhance productivity, reduce risk, and improve controls.
  • Collaborate closely with payments business, taking product programs from investment decisions into design, specifications, solutioning, development, implementation, and handover to operations.
Essential Qualifications:
  • At least 10-12 years of experience in a financial institution, preferably in banking clients, payment products, and project management.
  • PMP Agile certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of payment schemes, network associations, and delivery under Agile framework.
  • Effective financial management skills, including budget tracking, planning, forecasting, and variance explanations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, networking, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
