Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Engineer to play a key role in crafting intuitive and user-centered designs for our software applications.

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 7-10 years of relevant experience in UX/UI design and development.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in user interface design, front-end development using JavaScript, React or Angular, and strong experience in designing, developing, and optimizing user interfaces using HTML, CSS and modern front-end frameworks.

The selected candidate will lead a team of designers and engineers to create, build and maintain high-quality user interfaces and experiences across platforms. He/She will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver effective design solutions.

The job involves architecting, designing and optimizing user interfaces using design principles, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups. The successful candidate will also ensure seamless and intuitive user experiences by designing interactions, workflows and visual elements for web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of designers and engineers to create, build and maintain high-quality user interfaces and experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver effective design solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in UX/UI design and development.
  • Expertise in user interface design and front-end development using JavaScript, React or Angular.
  • Strong experience in designing, developing and optimizing user interfaces using HTML, CSS and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Familiarity with user research methodologies, usability testing and gathering user feedback to iterate on designs.
