**Job Title:** Agroforestry SpecialistPalladium is a global leader in designing and delivering positive impact projects.As an Agroforestry Specialist, you will provide technical expertise in designing environmentally sound restoration and agroforestry interventions.The role involves leading technical aspects of agroforestry activities across value chain scoping, analysis, prioritisation, and solution development.You will support the design of field survey protocols, select focal species, and advise on technical interventions and capacity-building material.Key Responsibilities:

• Leading technical aspects of agroforestry activities
• Designing environmentally sound restoration and agroforestry interventions
• Supporting the design of field survey protocols and selecting focal species

Required Skills and Qualifications:Master's or Diploma in Environmental Science, Forestry, or Natural Resource Management.8 years of professional experience in natural resources management, agroforestry, and nature-based businesses.5 years of experience in agroforestry and nature-based value chains.2 years of experience in value chain-related projects in Rajasthan and/or Maharashtra.Location: Dhule (Maharashtra) / Alwar (Rajasthan) / Remote with field travel.Duration: 6 months.Embedding equity, diversity, and inclusion into everything we do.
