Administrative Transaction Manager

The Process Executive role involves overseeing and processing accounts receivable transactions to ensure accurate records and compliance with internal controls.
Main Responsibilities- Process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, payment posting, and reconciliation.
- Communicate with clients or insurance companies regarding pending or denied payments.
- Analyze AR aging reports to reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies or short payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts and transactions.
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Respond to inquiries related to AR, billing, or payment status.
- Prepare regular AR reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with billing, collections, and other internal teams to achieve shared goals.
