Senior Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our infrastructure advisory team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in public private partnership (PPP) transaction structuring, financial modelling, and advisory for government sector infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review detailed financial models for infrastructure projects.
  • Advise on PPP structuring, procurement strategy, bid process management, and concession agreements.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement with government agencies, investors, and lenders.
  • Prepare requests for qualifications (RfQ), requests for proposal (RfP), concession agreements, and evaluation reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in PPP transaction advisory, with strong financial modelling skills.
  • Prior experience with government clients, multilateral agencies, and large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred.
