About the Role:

We seek an accomplished Solutions Architect Lead to head our Solutions Architecture team. This role involves working closely with large clients to understand their environment, map requirements, and design solutions using our products.

You will be the technical face of our organization in client interactions, ensuring our offerings are positioned, adapted, and deployed to maximize business impact.

  • Enterprise Solutioning
    • Engage with enterprise clients to deeply understand their business, technical landscape, and communication needs.
    • Design and propose tailored solutions using our existing product suite.
    • Ensure solution fitment with client IT and business environments, including integration with CRMs, helpdesks, ERPs, and other enterprise systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work with Product Management to channel client feedback into future product improvements.
    • Collaborate with Customer Success and Engineering to ensure smooth solution delivery and handover post-sales.
  • Thought Leadership & Evangelism
    • Represent our organization in client forums as a trusted technical advisor.
    • Contribute to case studies and best-practice documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enterprise Solutioning:
• Engage with enterprise clients to deeply understand their business, technical landscape, and communication needs.
• Design and propose tailored solutions using our existing product suite.
• Ensure solution fitment with client IT and business environments, including integration with CRMs, helpdesks, ERPs, and other enterprise systems.

• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of Solutions Architects guide them in best practices for solution design, client engagement, and technical presentations.
• Establish repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and reference architectures for common client use cases.

Requirements:

Experience:
• 10+ years in Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales Engineering, or similar roles in enterprise technology.
• Experience with CCaaS / CPaaS platforms, cloud contact centers, or enterprise communication solutions is preferred but alternatively experience in B2B Enterprise software solutioning

Skill Set:
• Networking, DC, ILLs, MPLS, etc
• Kubernetes concepts
• Cloud solutions architecture (AWS or similar SA certification preferred)
• Voice streaming, SIP, etc
• Exceptional client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technology for enterprise stakeholders (both technical and business).
• Proven leadership in managing or mentoring teams of solution engineers or architects.
• Experience with any large enterprise segments BFSI, healthcare, logistics, or e-commerce domains.

Education and Certification:

No formal education or certification is required for this position. Prior relevant work experience is a must have.
