Job Title: Store Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to lead our retail store in achieving exceptional customer service and sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensure timely restocking, and manage stockroom organization to minimize losses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury or premium brand environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with retail software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
