Job Description:

The role of a TMS Integration Specialist involves ensuring seamless interactions between various platforms and systems.

This includes designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations with Transport Management Software (TMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Order Management Systems (OMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and other related systems.

As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in configuring carrier accounts, service levels, and warehouse locations to meet business requirements.

You will be responsible for developing and enforcing shipping policies, including service selection, packaging, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), returns, and special handling procedures.

Furthermore, you will apply correct HS Codes, Dangerous Goods designations, and inventory segmentation in your day-to-day configuration activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Transportation Management System (TMS) Expertise: Hands-on experience with TMS solutions, such as ShipHawk or ShipStation, is essential.
  • API Integration Skills: Practical knowledge of integrating systems via APIs, including data mapping and transformation, is crucial.
  • Configuration Abilities: Real-world experience in configuring carriers, warehouse locations, and shipping policies is required.
  • Logistics Knowledge: Working knowledge of HS Codes, Dangerous Goods, and inventory segmentation is necessary.
