About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Project Ownership:

Assume full ownership of projects from initial pitching to project delivery, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.

  • Multifaceted Project Management:

Succinctly handle and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating outstanding project management skills and attention to detail.

  • Comprehensive Project Planning:

Develop strategies that align with project goals and objectives, fostering a productive work environment and encouraging collaboration among team members.

  • Expertise in Site Management:

Oversee work execution and manage the site and vendors to ensure optimal project outcomes, meeting or exceeding client expectations.

  • Vendor Network Development:

Establish and maintain a robust network of vendors, particularly focusing on the region, to support project requirements and streamline operations.

  • Leadership and Communication Excellence:

Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities and strong communication skills to interact seamlessly with clients and stakeholders, building trust and rapport through clear and concise messaging.

Requirements:

  • Project Management Expertise:

Possess relevant experience in managing corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

  • Educational Background:

Hold a graduation degree in Engineering or Architecture, with a strong understanding of design principles and industry standards.

  • Trades and Subcontractor Knowledge:

Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs, ensuring efficient workflow and minimizing delays.

  • Technological Proficiency:

Showcase tech-savviness with a successful track record of adopting digital and technology initiatives, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

  • Adaptability in a Fast-Paced Environment:

Exhibit the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality and customer satisfaction, delivering high-quality results under pressure.
