About the Role

Seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee and execute corporate office interior design projects.

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for interior design projects with a focus on ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Plan and coordinate project timelines in alignment with design & client requirements, utilizing strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ensure adherence to approved designs, drawings, and specifications, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project.
  • Monitor contractor, vendor, and labor performance to ensure smooth project execution, resolving any challenges that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project budgets, materials usage, and track cost deviations to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Coordinate with design teams, procurement, vendors, and clients for seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct regular project updates and site meetings to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Project Management.
  • 5-8 years of experience in managing corporate office interior projects with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of interior design processes, materials, and finishing standards.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred).
