Informatica Data Integration Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Informatica Data Integration Specialist to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter / IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ETL design, development, and performance tuning.

The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating with various systems including SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, and file-based systems. They will also be involved in troubleshooting job failures, connection issues, and performance bottlenecks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3-7 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter / IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services)

Strong expertise in ETL design, development, and performance tuning

Hands-on experience integrating with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, and file-based systems

Experience handling large-scale data (300GB DB, 350-400 files daily, 300+ interfaces)

Strong troubleshooting skills for job failures, connection issues, and performance bottlenecks

Exposure to automation of validation processes, service restarts, and operational scripts

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Informatica upgrades and migration projects

Familiarity with legacy systems (e.g., FAME, MAGIC, Medea)

Knowledge of cloud integration (IICS, API integrations)

Work Model & Shift Coverage

Candidate must be flexible to work in shifts (APAC, IST, UK) to support global operations

Willingness to provide on-call support during critical activities (month-end, upgrades, releases)

Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed global support team
