Project Procurement Manager

A pivotal role in project coordination and procurement management between our firm and its US parent company.
Key Responsibilities:- Support operations by providing procurement services for purchasing project items.
- Compile, review, and evaluate RFPs, bids, and commercial agreements with stakeholders.
- Cross-coordinate with international suppliers and US counterparts on bid clarification and purchase status updates.
- Verify supplier invoices, assign to projects, process through Oracle OnBase for approval and final processing by finance.
- Communicate monthly purchasing status to the leadership team and project management team.
- At least 11 years of procurement experience, preferably in EPC environments within Oil and Gas and Transmission Distribution industries.
- Good understanding of PO contract terms, logistics, and supplier qualification.
- Experience in contract formulation activities, systems, and processes.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in MS office applications.
