Job Opportunity

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with R&D, regulatory affairs teams to deliver high-quality IP inputs for seamless product launches.
  • Conduct strategic analysis in patent litigation and opposition to ensure alignment with business objectives at minimal costs.
  • Undertake thorough due diligence of products to inform stakeholders about key patent rights and drive portfolio optimization.
  • Identify innovative opportunities, evaluate ideas, and recommend patent protection strategies for unique products.
  • Perform patent searches to determine patentable inventions and file/prosecute patent applications to strengthen the patent portfolio.
  • Lead due diligence activities for products of interest, providing insights on value propositions from an IP perspective.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Science or relevant field

Additional Skills:

  • Relevant techno-legal expertise in regulated markets
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Patent laws in India, US, and Europe
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in Paragraph IV filings in USA
