Job Summary:
We are seeking a Product Manager to drive the development and success of our products end-to-end, from inception to launch. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Gather requirements and prioritize features by working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Design and deliver customized fintech solutions that align with client requirements, business goals, and industry regulations.
  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market insights and business goals.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and actionable product specifications.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams throughout the development process to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  • Define and track key product metrics to evaluate performance and inform decision making.
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product features.
  • Drive product launches and develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
  • Monitor and analyze product usage and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and optimization.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in the banking and fintech sectors, with a proven track record in product development, regulatory compliance, and client management.
  • Experience in both B2C and B2B environments, adept at developing and implementing solutions that cater to the diverse needs of individual consumers and large enterprises.
  • Strong presentation skills, capable of clearly communicating complex fintech solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong documentation and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
  • Sound experience and expertise with product management tools and technologies is a plus.
  • Familiar with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends in the relevant product domain.
  • Entrepreneurial skills, ability to observe, innovate and own your work.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills.
  • Influencing skills and the ability to create positive working relationships with team members at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
