**Job Title:** Sub Team Leader

About the Role

This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing a team of 15+ financial advisors and driving revenue growth from clients assigned to them in equity, derivatives, and currency markets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of achieving targets.

  • Achieving targets set for the team on cross-selling of investment products like mutual funds, insurance policies, and alternative investment funds.
  • Creating revenue and activating inactive clients through effective advisory drives and terminal operations.
  • Helping and training the team to handle client queries and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Achieving targets set for the team on acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones through regular meetings.
Key Responsibilities
  • Profiling clients by conducting in-depth reviews of their financial requirements, analyzing information, and recommending portfolios.
  • Motivating and enhancing the advising skills of team members through call tracking, weekly targets, and meetings.
  • Visiting franchises where team members are placed to monitor performance and provide guidance.
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly reviews with branch associates and team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Good communication skills and knowledge of broking and operations.
  • Risk profiling of clients along with technical and fundamental understanding.
  • Knowledge of trading applications, MS Office, and presentation software.
