SAP BTP Integration Consultant

This is a highly specialized role that requires expertise in SAP BTP integration. We are looking for an experienced professional who can design, deploy, and manage integrations using SAP BTP, CPI, PI/PO, and MuleSoft technologies.

Key responsibilities include developing B2B and A2A integrations, designing and deploying authentication and authorization for cloud to on-premises and cloud-cloud applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems, building custom API connectors to integrate various software applications, providing technical leadership and guidance on integration best practices, and developing and maintaining integration documentation and training materials for clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of overall integration experience, with expertise in OData, PI/PO, CPI, Cloud connector, open connectors, SAP BTP, Event Mesh, and other relevant technologies. Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, and Groovy script are required, as well as experience with API development and management, data mapping and transformation, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

We are looking for someone who is versatile across BTP development areas, including API integrations, and has experience working in Ai/GenAI-based solutions. Familiarity with consumption of REST/ODATA APIs, extension of cloud applications on SAP BTP, and S/4HANA Cloud using key user and side-by-side extension tools is also required.

Required Skills:

  • 8 to 10 years of overall Integration experience.
  • Integration Technologies: OData, PI/PO, CPI, Cloud connector, open connectors, SAP BTP, Event Mesh
  • Programming Languages: Java, Python, JavaScript, Groovy script
  • API Development and management
  • Data mapping and transformation
  • Strong in Authentication and Authorization
  • Familiar with GIT and related operations
  • Good Understanding of SAP development environments i.e., Business Application Studio (BAS), GIT, and static code analysis tools
  • Versatile Across BTP development areas including API integrations.
  • Experienced in developing integrations and apps on SAP BTP cloud.
  • Create Sub accounts using global administration BTP role for integrations to SAP cloud-based or on-premises integrations.
  • Familiar with consumption of REST/ODATA APIs.
  • Experience Developing extension of cloud applications on SAP BTP (or SAP SCP) and S/4HANA Cloud (or SAP Cloud solutions) using key user and side-by-side extension tools
  • Experience Working in Ai/GenAI based solutions
  • Understanding of SAP GenAI capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
