We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow professional to join our team.
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for the administration, implementation, and maintenance of our ITSM instance.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in working on ITSM using ServiceNow and experience in managing workflows of medium to complex nature.
You will also be required to have good communication skills and be able to interact with clients and stakeholders to manage new requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer and maintain our ITSM instance on ServiceNow.
- Implement and configure ServiceNow modules including Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, etc.
- Manage workflows of medium to complex nature.
- Interact with clients and stakeholders to manage new requirements.
