Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a key member of our technology department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications to meet customer requirements.
  • Implement and optimize ITSM processes on modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Knowledge Management.
  • Develop and configure ServiceNow integration solutions with external tools and other systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Develop UI forms, UI Actions, notifications, workflows, Transform Maps, and Flows via Flow Designer.
  • Write JavaScript server/client code and components including Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM process implementation.
  • In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform, technology, development, and integration capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM modules: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, etc.
  • Proven experience in implementing custom Bi-directional Integrations and Custom REST/SOAP services.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Mid-tier setup, Event Management integration, and Service Mapping & Discovery integration (CMDB).
  • Proficiency in developing and configuring ServiceNow ITSM applications and Service Portal.
  • Ability to gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
