Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Open RAN technical specialist to drive the development of our Radio Access Network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of O-RAN systems, ensuring multi-vendor interoperability through open interfaces.
  • Implement 5G and LTE protocol layers, including MAC/SCH/RLC/PDCP/eGTP/RRC.
  • Develop software for real-time and non-real-time processing in DU and CU.
  • Oversee integration of O-RAN components in virtualized and containerized environments.
  • Configure Container Network Interfaces (CNI) for low-latency, high-throughput performance.
  • Ensure seamless end-to-end call flows for 4G, VoLTE, and 5G use cases.
  • Design and develop radio frequency (RF) propagation, antenna theory, and link budget analysis.
  • Promote continuous improvement in architectural processes and methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of 5G-NR 3GPP Specification
  • Good programming skills in Linux environment using C/C++
  • Knowledge of cloud-native principles and containerization as applied to RAN
  • Understanding network slicing, edge computing, and IoT integration within RAN
