Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist, based in Coimbatore. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and users.

Daily Tasks:
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues related to software and hardware
  • Providing timely and effective solutions
  • Maintaining and updating technical documentation
  • Collaborating with other teams to resolve issues
  • Providing feedback to improve product performance
Requirements:
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of Software and Hardware systems
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain and update technical documentation
  • Experience in collaboration and feedback provision
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience in the mobile technology industry is a plus
