Data Management Specialist

Support the PMO team in organizing, validating, and maintaining data across systems. This includes collating, cleaning, validating, and maintaining data related to utilization, budget vs actuals, capacity planning, and forecasting.

Ensure data consistency and alignment across internal systems by identifying discrepancies and working with relevant teams to ensure resolution.

Additionally, provide ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests from PMO and leadership, as well as collaborating with Resource Managers and other stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver timely updates.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with large datasets accurately and efficiently, utilizing your proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data validation) and attention to detail.

Required skills and qualifications include 2-3 years of experience in Resource Management or similar operations/data-focused roles, proficiency in Excel, high attention to detail, good communication and stakeholder management skills, and prior experience in a professional services, consulting, or operations environment is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field is also highly desirable, along with familiarity with workforce planning or scheduling tools.
