Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out on-site assessments and measurements to identify properties, determine location attributes, and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the production of valuation reports.
  • Conduct thorough site visits for property identification, measurements, and assessment of location attributes.

The following qualifications are required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Technical Assistant B (E) - Civil Engineering certification is highly recommended.
  • Valid driving license and own vehicle.
  • Experience in similar roles, preferably with 0-2 years.
