Job Title: Optometrist Trainer

This role is responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills of Lenskart staff in optometry.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct workshops on refraction, dispensing, and technical processes to equip staff with cutting-edge knowledge and techniques.
  • Develop innovative training methodologies, role plays, and team-building activities that foster a customer-centric approach.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide actionable feedback to learners.
  • Create tailored training content to meet diverse learning needs and preferences.
  • Maintain store staff performance by regular site visits, mock sessions, and quality training interventions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Optometry
  • At least 5 years of cumulative experience in optometry, with a minimum of 3 years in store optometry
  • Prior experience in optometry training is highly desirable
