Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a fresher in the field of insurance and commerce.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key performance indicators (KPIs), participating in team huddles, and ensuring ongoing relationships with stakeholders.

A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in commerce or insurance. Functional competencies include analytical, attention to detail, communication, and MS Office skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • KPI Management:
    • Deliver as per defined KPIs, maintaining set SLA accuracy/quality, TAT standards prescribed by the business unit.
    • Develop a sound understanding of business processes.
    • Update work trackers and time tracking tools accurately and in real-time.
    • Complete ad-hoc tasks directed by Team Leaders.
    • Ensure adherence to compliance and internal/external regulator guidelines.
  • Operations Management/Operational Effectiveness:
    • Participate in team huddles.
    • Support key initiatives to implement change.
    • Inform feedback (including breaches/errors) found in the process to Team Managers instantly.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Maintain ongoing, effective relationships with stakeholders (internal/external).
Requirements

A minimum bachelor's degree is required, preferably in commerce or insurance.

Functional competencies include:

  • Analytical: Analytical skills refer to the ability to research, collect, interpret, analyze, and problem-solve information (numerical and graphical).
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to achieve thoroughness, accuracy, and completeness when accomplishing a task.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to comprehend, articulate, and respond effectively to information in a logical manner through verbal and written mediums.
  • MS Office: Requisite knowledge level and understanding of MS Office.
