Job Title: Accounting Professional

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, general ledger management, and account reconciliation.

About the Role:

The Accounting Professional will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing the general ledger, performing account reconciliations, and assisting with budget and forecasting. They will also analyze financial data, prepare tax returns, and provide support for audits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • General Ledger Management: Manage the general ledger, including posting transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Account Reconciliation: Perform account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and vendor reconciliations.
  • Budget and Forecasting: Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Tax Returns: Prepare tax returns, including individual and corporate tax returns.
  • Audit Support: Provide support for audits, including preparing audit schedules, responding to audit inquiries, and resolving audit issues.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceuticals industry.
  • Certification: CPA certification or progress towards CPA is a plus.
