Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT service management professional to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IT service management tools to ensure seamless operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of IT service management tools including BABS, Rest APIs, ITSM (INC, Problem, Change & Service Management), CMDB, and SOAP integration
  • Collaborate effectively with other IT professionals to develop solutions and handle general updates and configurations changes and or requests
  • Design and build applications and provide integration to other applications and platforms including architecture languages best practices and methodologies in an agile scrum environment
  • Customize IT service management applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules and configure Application UI and Configure Workflow
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in IT service management tool implementation and customization
  • Strong understanding of Rest APIs, ITSM (INC, Problem, Change & Service Management), CMDB, and SOAP integration
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to design and build applications and provide integration to other applications and platforms
