We're seeking a seasoned Cloud Solutions Architect Lead to spearhead the end-to-end delivery of cloud-native and enterprise applications. This high-impact role demands exceptional technical leadership, project governance, and stakeholder management skills to ensure seamless delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

  • This position oversees multiple .NET and Azure-based projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
  • The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership across solution architecture, cloud adoption, API integrations, and application modernization.
  • Key responsibilities include defining and managing delivery roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • This leader will guide development teams on best practices for .NET Core, microservices, REST APIs, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Azure SQL, and Identity management.
  • Ensuring adherence to security, compliance, and performance best practices in Azure cloud environments is paramount.
  • Collaboration with solution architects and product owners is essential to align delivery with business and technical requirements.
  • This leader will manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies and drive a culture of DevOps, CI/CD, and automation within delivery teams.
  • Monitoring delivery KPIs, tracking risks/issues, and providing executive-level reporting are critical aspects of this role.
  • Managing vendor/partner engagements for cloud and third-party integrations is also necessary.
  • Mentoring technical leads and engineers while promoting knowledge sharing and technical upskilling is key.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • No less than 12 years of IT project/program delivery experience, with at least 3+ years in a technical delivery management role.
  • Hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core, C#, and Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
  • A proven track record in delivering enterprise-grade applications using Azure services (e.g., App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, Azure AD).
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, AKS/Kubernetes), DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), and Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform) is highly desirable.
  • A strong understanding of software architecture, microservices, and API-first design is crucial.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills are mandatory.
  • Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or PMP/SAFe are a plus.
