Job Title: Territory Manager

Job Overview:

This is a challenging opportunity to oversee territory sales operations, drive business growth, and lead a team of professionals. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for initiating daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans, ensuring effective communication of individual target expectations and team target expectations to the team and planning accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement territory sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to ensure excellent performance and productivity
  • Monitor and track progress, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective action where necessary
  • Implement processes to maintain accurate records and reports on sales activities
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of customer complaints
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on sales trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives
