Document Management Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Document Management Coordinator to join our team at Mitchell Martin Inc. Our ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as strong organizational and communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for actively handling our Document Management System, preparing PDFs, formatting resumes according to predefined styles, and uploading soft copies of joining documents into various portals after verification.
As a key member of our team, the Document Management Coordinator will work closely with account managers and clients to ensure seamless document management processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Actively handle Document Management System
- Prepare PDFs keeping client's records
- Format resumes according to predefined styles
- Upload soft copies of joining documents into various portals after verification

About the Role:
This is a full-time position working 8am-5pm EST (6:30pm-3:30am IST Mon-Fri). The salary for this role is approximately $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
