As a Document Controller, you will play a key role in managing, organizing and distributing official documents of a project or an organization.
Your responsibilities will include establishing and implementing a document management system, creating and maintaining a document register, assigning document numbers and codes, reviewing and editing documents, distributing and archiving documents, monitoring and updating the document management system, responding to requests and queries, collaborating with other document controllers and project team members, and preparing reports and statistics.
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience with an engineering background and possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
