Our ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in designing and developing scalable Microservices components.

They should have experience working with Node.JS, Docker, and be well-versed in Cloud-Native Application architecture.

The ability to operate within short release cycles and work effectively in a highly-responsive environment is crucial.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent planning and organizational skills, who can manage and prioritize their workload efficiently.

A close teamwork and collaboration mindset is essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively across organizational boundaries.

The successful candidate will have a passion for creative solutions and be driven to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

They should also possess meticulous attention to detail and be able to coach junior members of their teams.

Required Skills:

Node Js / Nest Js, Docker, Microservices, Databases like MySQL, DB2, Oracle (atleast one)

Qualifications:

Any Graduate

  • 1. Experience of working with Node.JS and docker
  • 2. Expertise in developing models and scalable Microservices components
  • 3. Worked on building integration flows on various Application Programming Interface (API) development platforms
  • 4. An authority on Cloud-Native Application architecture, Docker's and Microservices
  • 5. Experience in enterprise transformation of monolithic application architectures to microservices
  • 6. Experience with design thinking methods to understand personas and develop great user design
  • 7. Demonstrated ability to operate within short release cycles
  • 8. Experience using modern collaboration tools in a highly-responsive environment
  • 9. Great planning and organizational skills, good time management, with the ability to manage and prioritize own workload and to deal with urgent deadlines and changes to requirements
  • 10. Close teamwork and collaboration across both global and local team environments
  • 11. The ability to communicate across organizational boundaries and manage stakeholders
  • 12. A passion for creative solutions to real user needs and business problems
  • 13. Driven to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, addressing the underlying problem and questioning any assumptions
