Backend Engineer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and deploy high-quality RESTful APIs using Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Implement robust authentication and authorization mechanisms ensuring security best practices and API governance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance software solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers promoting knowledge sharing and growth.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with headless CMS platforms such as Contentful or Sanity for comparison and architecture decisions.
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React for end-to-end project collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Backend Developer with at least 2+ years focused on Strapi CMS in production environments.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
  • Proven experience designing and scaling RESTful APIs.
  • Deep understanding of authentication/authorization, security best practices and API governance.
  • Excellent leadership communication and collaboration skills with a track record of mentoring and guiding teams.
