Job Opportunity:

  • Deliver effective application and hands-on training to existing and new customers, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with sales professionals in technical discussions for prospective clients, driving informed purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development
  • Provide comprehensive training on BD instruments and products, fostering a deep understanding of their capabilities.
  • Coordinate with sales managers and customers to guarantee site readiness for application training and plan for training sessions.
  • Offer onsite training to new clients and re-training to existing clients to enhance optimal utilization of BD instruments.
  • Promote best practices in Microbiology laboratory and advocate BD technology solutions in managing septicemia, TB, ID AST, and cervical cancer screening.
Sales Enablement
  • Participate in technical discussions during the ongoing sales process with prospects, providing expert insights.
  • Drive media sales and revenue generation through strategic partnerships.
Business Alignment
  • Work closely with regional Branch manager to achieve and deliver business objectives, aligning efforts for success.
  • Participate in sales review meetings and collaborate with branch manager and sales team to meet business objectives and drive growth.
