Job Title: SAP ABAP Programmer

Job Summary:
  We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to lead the development of scalable solutions within the SAP environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in ABAP programming and a passion for developing efficient software.

Responsibilities:
  - Develop and maintain ABAP programs and reports based on functional specifications, ensuring high performance and scalability.
  - Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications, applying expert-level knowledge of ABAP concepts and techniques.
  - Perform unit testing and support integration testing of ABAP objects, identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
  - Optimize existing ABAP code for performance improvements, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
  - Debug and resolve complex issues in ABAP programs, supporting production environments and ensuring minimal downtime.
  - Participate in SAP system upgrades and migrations as needed, applying advanced knowledge of SAP architecture and configuration.
  - Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for developed programs and enhancements, facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Requirements:
  - 2-10 years of experience in SAP ABAP programming, with a strong portfolio of projects and achievements.
  - Expert-level understanding of ABAP programming concepts and techniques, including data dictionary objects, IDocs, BAPIs, and RFCs.
  - Familiarity with SAP HANA and Fiori/UI5 is desirable, with ability to integrate these technologies into ABAP solutions.
  - Proficient in debugging and performance tuning of ABAP programs, with ability to identify and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to apply logical thinking and creativity to complex challenges.
  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
