Job Description:

This role is responsible for overseeing the management of global delivery teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program management, Java/J2EE web development, and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple global delivery teams to ensure smooth project delivery and high client satisfaction.
  • Take accountability for delivering quality results and driving business growth.
  • Collaborate with onsite account managers to identify new opportunities and resource requirements.
  • Lead RFP activities from offshore and defend proposals to secure new business.
  • Maintain accurate metrics regarding engagement performance and present them to management.
  • Act as a single point-of-contact for the account from offshore.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in Java/J2EE web development tech stack along with agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate high-performance teams and individuals.
  • Expertise in program management and managing multiple tracks at the same time.
  • Strong experience in e-commerce or retail background.
  • Proven ability to establish rapport, credibility, and influence others to drive results across the organization.
