Salesforce Data Cloud Architect

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Data Cloud expert to spearhead our data-driven transformation initiatives.

This role requires deep knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, including proven leadership skills to guide technical teams and design scalable architectures.

The successful candidate will drive strategy, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities to unlock customer insights, enable AI-driven personalization, and power intelligent engagement across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud solutions
  • Define data models, ingestion strategies, identity resolution, harmonization, and activation of unified customer profiles
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable Data Cloud solutions
  • Manage data governance, security, and compliance across multiple data sources
  • Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, and external data platforms
  • Mentor and lead a team of Salesforce professionals, including admins, developers, and data engineers
  • Develop best practices for data ingestion, APIs, connectors, and real-time streaming pipelines
Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of Salesforce platform experience, with at least 3+ years dedicated to Data Cloud/Customer Data Platform (CDP)

Proven expertise in Salesforce architecture, data integration, and enterprise solution design

Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, connectors, and real-time streaming
