Job Title: Principal Memory Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Principal Memory Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the characterization and static timing analysis of Standard Digital Cells (STD cells).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in circuit design, with experience in STD cell characterization, static timing analysis, and parasitic modeling. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Characterize STD cells using industry-standard simulators and libraries.
  • Analyze static timing reports and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with design teams to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality documentation and technical specifications.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve memory technologies.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in circuit design and analysis.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital circuit design, STA, and parasitic modeling.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with industry-standard simulation tools and libraries.
