Job Title: Quality Assurance Coordinator

We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to perform technical checks on files daily, ensuring our subtitles conform to industry standards. The ideal candidate will have exceptional audio sensitivity, good comprehension and communication skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality control checks on language subtitles to ensure compliance with Deluxe guidelines and client requirements.">
• Implement required instructions to ensure consistency and error-free delivery of final products.">
• Maintain an average quality yield of 99% throughout the year for all clients.">
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and update work trackers accordingly.">
• Collaborate with colleagues to implement changes or fixes in languages based on errors found.">
• Foster effective communication with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless project execution.">
• Take ownership of work and adhere to department-specific schedules, guidelines, and attendance policies.">

Additional Responsibilities:

• Mentor and coach newer recruits to achieve expected quality standards.">
• Promote teamwork and suggest improvements to subtitling workflows.">
• Participate in job/personal knowledge training programs and demonstrate eagerness to learn.">
