Job Summary
We are seeking a strong delivery-focused technical expert in Microsoft modern desktop management, operating system design, customization, and automation. This position will work directly with the Platform Technology group to modernize patch management, software distribution and deployment, software compliance management, software and hardware inventory management, reporting services, enterprise-wide windows client desktop/laptop imaging, and mobile device management.
Main Responsibilities
- Work with the platform team to architect solutions using modern management tools like MECM and Intune
- Build, deploy, and assist Autopilot as the default device provisioning and imaging solution for the enterprise
- Automate work processes using advanced scripting techniques, including orchestration tools like Ansible and Terraform
- Implement and assist modern device management solutions available via Intune, Azure, and M365
- Provide assistance to the desktop operating environment, software delivery, and patch deployment
Requirements
- Recognized degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from an accredited college or university, or specialized courses in networking, information technology, server administration, and infrastructure operations, or equivalent work experience in a related field
- 8+ years of experience in design, installation, and maintenance of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) & Intune in a large-scale enterprise
- 5+ years' experience of modern device management and cloud-based technologies such as Microsoft Autopilot, Cloud Management Gateway, and MECM Co-Management
Salary Range
The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
