Procurement Professional

This role requires a skilled and experienced procurement professional to join our organization. The key responsibilities include:

  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers to ensure competitive and favorable conditions.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure continuity of supply and service.
  • Performance Assessment: Assess supplier performance, resolve issues, and implement improvement strategies.
  • Contract Management: Manage supplier contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (procurement, logistics, production) to understand supply needs.
  • Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends to identify new sourcing opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Bid Review: Review bids and proposals, ensuring they meet organizational standards and requirements.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, contracts, and supplier communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or related field
