Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO-CMD and Lead EA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing personal and professional finances, routine documentation, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and accurate record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track expenses, approvals, and maintain financial documentation.
- Handle routine administrative tasks, organizing both personal and business documentation.
- Coordinate with finance teams to ensure all records and reports are accurate.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in financial management and documentation.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA).
Work Environment: This role is based in Nashik and requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
