Job Overview

A critical scheduling role is being sought after, requiring individuals with exceptional analytical and organizational skills. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate staff schedules that reflect forecasted business demands.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain precise staff schedules aligned with projected workloads.
  • Collaborate with workforce management teams to review forecasts and adjust schedules proactively.
  • Manage schedule changes, shift swaps, and time-off requests while ensuring seamless service coverage.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling queries, conflicts, and adjustments.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and employee contracts in scheduling.
  • Continuously assess and improve scheduling processes for increased efficiency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Operations Managers to align planned schedules with live operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience working as a Planning Analyst or in a workforce scheduling/forecasting role within a contact center environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of workforce planning, scheduling, and forecasting processes in a contact center setting.
