System Reliability Lead

We are seeking a skilled System Reliability Lead to spearhead our site reliability engineering initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize application performance and enhance system reliability.

  • Analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address these issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation tools and processes that streamline support operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain incident response procedures and protocols to minimize system downtime.
  • Lead the implementation of monitoring tools such as prometheus, grafana, and elk stack to ensure timely detection and resolution of technical issues.
  • Manage a team of support engineers to provide technical support and address system issues promptly.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the team. Your strong background in system administration, networking, and cloud computing will enable you to troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis.

Skill Requirements:
  • Proficiency in site reliability engineering (sre) principles and practices.
  • Strong background in system administration, networking, and cloud computing.
  • Experience with containerization technologies like docker and kubernetes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills to drive initiatives and deliver results efficiently.
