Transforming the way we approach reliability engineering is an exciting challenge that requires vision, expertise and collaboration.

You will play a key role in shaping our SRE function within the CTO and be part of the founding team for Group SRE. This opportunity offers the chance to define, drive and implement the SRE strategy, promoting an 'Automate-first' culture in operating services.

  • Develop strategic plans for process automation and elimination of inefficiencies
  • Collaborate on engineering service metrics to improve operational efficiency
  • Work with teams to establish Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and monitoring strategies
  • Design and implement reliability improvements
  • Perform capacity planning and chaos engineering exercises
  • Lead architectural reviews for reliability

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information systems or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in SRE, with practical experience defining and implementing SLOs
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability technologies for enterprise-grade production systems
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of production support processes

As a system engineer, you will have the opportunity to develop methodologies and strategies for identifying inefficient processes and automating tasks.

This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
