Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manager-Transfer Pricing professional to support our US-based transfer pricing team. This role requires close collaboration with our US team, ensuring accurate inter-company pricing across borders and assisting with regulatory submissions.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in benchmarking, documentation, and compliance with US and international transfer pricing regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the US transfer pricing team in preparing transfer pricing documentation in compliance with US regulations, OECD guidelines, and other applicable country regulations.
  • Conduct in-depth financial and benchmarking analysis to support arm's length pricing for inter-company transactions.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing transfer pricing reports, including functional note drafts and industry analysis.
  • Monitor and research changes in global transfer pricing laws and regulations.
  • Support the US team in responding to tax audits and inquiries from regulatory authorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking skills as well as decision-making skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other business-related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Explorer Internet software similar to tax software.
