Experienced Jira Administrator Needed

We are seeking an experienced Jira Administrator to join our team in managing multiple projects and release trains. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, hands-on experience in setting up workflows, and integrations.
The selected candidate will be responsible for administering Jira/Confluence environments, defining standards, dashboards, and reports across projects, and supporting Agile Release Trains and Scrum of Scrums.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and optimize Jira/Confluence environments.
- Define standards, workflows, dashboards, and reports across projects.
- Support Agile Release Trains and Scrum of Scrums, including PI Planning boards.
- Integrate Jira with tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide coaching, training, and reports for stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure platform stability, upgrades, and best practices adoption.
Qualifications:
- 4–7 years of Jira Administration experience.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, customization, and automation.
- Experience supporting Scaled Agile/SAFe programs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and scripting.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with additional Agile tools and methodologies.
