Job Description

The role seeks a detail-oriented professional to migrate enterprise data solutions from SAP HANA to Snowflake, ensuring business continuity and data integrity.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. This position will play a critical part in migrating enterprise data solutions from SAP HANA to Snowflake, ensuring business continuity, data integrity, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and collate analytics and reporting requirements.
  • Analyze and conduct feasibility studies of the requirements.
  • Convert functional requirements to technical solutions.
  • Develop detailed business requirement documents and functional design documents.
  • Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and IT teams.
  • Support deployment of technical solutions to production.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering roles.
  • Understanding of Supply Chain business processes.
  • Experience in working on analytics-related projects and implementation.
  • Good exposure to SAP ERP systems like ECC or S/4HANA.
  • Ability to identify relationships between data sets.
  • Exposure to SQL queries and ability to query data for analysis/troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communications skills, written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).
