Back-end Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced developer to join our fast-moving websites team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in web technologies and a solid track record of delivering major website projects.

The Websites team is responsible for the CMS system on which all of our client's websites are built. These sites receive upwards of 2 million hits a week.

In a fast-paced development environment, you will engage with agile methods, adaptive frameworks, and frontend development strategies to meet deadlines and follow best practices.

  • AEM-based Enterprise Content Solutions: Conceptualize and implement solutions that enhance user engagement and experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, technical issues, and defects in AEM implementations and optimize AEM solutions.
  • Product Innovations: Develop and implement unbiased product innovations.
  • Back-end Features: Design, develop, and maintain back-end features in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) using Java, Sling, OSGi, and other AEM-specific technologies.
  • Springboot Applications and AWS: Work on Springboot applications and AWS, handling CI/CD pipelines.
  • Coding Standards: Conduct code reviews, employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse.
  • Data Loading: Use REST APIs or GraphQL to load material.
  • Mentorship: Mentor team members and participate in pair programming and extreme programming.
