We are seeking a seasoned JD Edwards Technical Expert to join our team.

  • Extensive experience in JD Edwards Technical Modules is essential, including Report, Application, Business Function, NER, BSSV , UDO, Processing option, Data Structure.
  • Familiarity with the development life cycle is crucial.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with application testing for all system changes and projects.
  • Strong communication skills are necessary for knowledge transfer and other support-related activities.
  • Second-level technical expertise is required for resolving service requests and system defects.
  • Key involvement in high-severity user issue resolution and system defect rectification is expected.
  • A review and approval of root cause analysis, workarounds, and support documentation is necessary.
  • Preparation of accurate and comprehensive documentation by Support analysts is essential.
  • Guidance and expertise provision to Support analysts for complex issue resolution is required.
  • Ongoing interaction with Business users throughout the lifecycle of the support call from initiation to closure is necessary.
  • Resolving JDE level 2 Application Support calls logged through the Help desk is a key responsibility.
  • Regular collaboration with JDE CNC Admin support teams to involve them in issue resolution is expected.
