We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle JD Edwards Finance Support Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining JD Edwards EnterpriseOne systems for our global customer base, liaising with third-party and internal resources to ensure optimum application performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing first and second-line support to meet service level agreements.
  • Creating functional solutions based on defined business requirements.
  • Liaising with internal applications teams and external suppliers to ensure application fixes meet business requirements.
  • Proactively reducing the frequency or impact of incidents on customers' businesses.
  • Supporting junior consultants with functional expertise and contributing to team success by identifying process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years Oracle JD Edwards E1 Finance experience in a support or implementation role.
  • Experience with all JD Edwards versions up to and including EnterpriseOne 9.2.
  • Domain expertise in core finance modules, including GL, AR, AP.
  • JD Edwards World Software experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, conveying complex information clearly.
  • A highly driven individual with a proactive approach and strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a structured approach.
